In order to make visiting our website attractive and to facilitate the usage of certain functions, we use so-called cookies on various pages. Other cookies shall remain on your end device and will allow us or our partners to identify your browser if you visit us again (persistent cookies). You can set your browser so that you are informed about the placement of cookies and decide individually about their acceptance or rule out the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general. Server log files

The provider of the website shall automatically collect and save information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically sends to us. This includes:

  • browser type/ browser version
  • used operating system
  • referring URL
  • host name of accessing computer
  • time of server request
  • This data cannot be assigned to a specific person.
  • A combination of this data with other data sources is not undertaken. We reserve the right to check this data subsequently if we become aware of specific indications of illegal usage.

Usage of the remarketing or "similar target audience" function of Google Inc.

The provider uses the remarketing or "similar target audience" function of Google Inc. ("Google") at this website. By using this function, the provider can systematically appeal to website visitors with advertisements in which personalised, interest-related promotional advertisements are placed for visitors to the provider's website, if they visit other websites in the Google display network. To carry out an analysis of the website usage that forms the basis for the preparation of the interest-based promotional advertisements, Google uses cookies. To this end, Google saves a small file with a numeric sequence in the browsers of visitors to the website. Visits to the website and anonymous data about the usage of the website is recorded via this number. Personal data about visitors to the website is not saved. If you visit another website in the Google display network afterwards, you will see advertisements for products and information areas which, with a high degree of likelihood, were visited beforehand.

You can permanently deactivate the usage of cookies by Google if you follow the link below and download and install the plug-in provided there:

https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin

Another alternative is for you to deactivate the usage of cookies by third party providers by calling up the deactivation page of the Network Advertising Initiative under http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ and taking the action described in the opt-out information there.

Usage of Google Adwords conversion tracking

We use the on-line advertising program "Google AdWords" and the conversion tracking as part of Google AdWords. Google conversion tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; "Google").

If you click on an advertisement placed by Google, a cookie for the conversion tracking is saved on your computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not intended for personal identification.

If you visit specific pages of our website and the cookie has not expired, we and Google can recognise that you clicked on the advertisement and were redirected to this page.

Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. As a result, there is no possibility that AdWords customers can track the cookies through the websites.

The information that is collected by using the conversion cookie is intended for preparing conversion statistics for AdWords customers that have decided in favour of conversion tracking. The customers learn about the total number of users that have clicked on their advertisement and were redirected to one of the pages with a conversion tracking tag. However, they will not receive any information that makes it possible to personally identify the user.

If you do not want to take part in the tracking, you can refuse this usage by preventing the installation of cookies if you set your browser software accordingly (deactivation option). You will not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

You will find additional information and Google's privacy policy at:  http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/

Usage of Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are saved on your computer and allow an analysis of your usage of the website. The information produced by the cookie about your usage of this website is usually transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and saved there.

If the IP anonymisation option is activated for this website, your IP address will be abbreviated by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other countries that are Contracting Parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and abbreviated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information in order to analyse your usage of the website, to prepare reports on website activities and to provide other services connected with the website usage and internet usage to the operator of the website.

The IP address transmitted from your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google. You can prevent the saving of cookies by changing the settings in your browser software; however, we would like to remind you that you may not be able to use all the functions of this website in full under such circumstances. Furthermore, you may also prevent the cookie from recording data about your usage of the website (including your IP address), the transmission of this data to Google and the processing of this data by Google if you download and install the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
An alternative to the browser plug-in or within browsers on mobile devices is to click on the following link in order to place an opt-out cookie that prevents any recording by Google Analytics within this website in future (this opt-out cookie only functions in this browser and only for this domain; if you want to delete your cookies in this browser, you must click this link again):

Please note that this website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp()" and therefore IP addresses are only processed in abbreviated form in order to rule out a direct connection to a person.

Usage of Facebook plug-ins

This website uses plug-ins provided by the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook" ).

If you visit pages of our website that have such a plug-in, a connection will be made to the Facebook servers and the plug-in will be displayed on the web page through notification of your browser. This plug-in tells the Facebook server which of our web pages you have visited. If you are logged in as a member of Facebook, Facebook will assign this information to your personal Facebook user account. If you use the plug-in functions (e.g., clicking the "like" button, making a comment), this information is also assigned to your Facebook account, which you can only prevent by logging out prior to usage of the plug-in. You will find more information about the collection and usage of the data by Facebook, about your rights in this regard and options for protecting your privacy in Facebook's privacy policy.

Usage of the Google "+1" button

This website uses the "+1" button provided by the social network Google Plus of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California, 94043 USA, (hereinafter "Google"). If you visit one of our website pages with a "+1" button, a connection to the Google servers in the USA will be made and the button will be displayed on the web page by notification of your browser. Both your IP address and notification that you have visited our website is transmitted to the Google server. This applies independently of whether you are registered or logged in at Google Plus. This transmission also takes place in the case of non-registered or logged-out users. The "+1" button is not used in order to record your visits on-line. Google does not permanently protocol your browser history when displaying a "+1" button and also does not analyse your visit to a page with a "+1" button in any other way. Roughly every two weeks, Google saves data about your visit for system maintenance and troubleshooting purposes. This data, however, is not structured according to individual profiles, user names or URLs and is also not shared with us.

If you are also a member of Google Plus and are logged in to Google Plus during the time when you use the plug-in, the collected information about your website visit will be linked with your Google Plus account and reported to other users. In the case of interactions that are possible with various Google plug-ins, this information about you will be collected, transmitted to Google and saved. You can see an overview of the various types of Google plug-ins here:

https://developers.google.com/+/plugins

If you made your profile public in the settings of Google Plus, Google may show your "+1" as a reference together with your profile name and your photo in Google services such as search results or your Google profile or other places on websites and advertisements on-line. If you do not want Google to assign the collected information directly to your Google Plus profile, you must log out of Google Plus before visiting our website.

You will find more information about the collection and usage of data by Google, about your rights in this regard and options for protecting your privacy in Google's privacy policy at www.google.com/intl/de/+/policy/+1button.html.

You also have the option of preventing the loading of Google plug-ins by installing an appropriate add-on in your browser.
