Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Form
Consumers, defined as a natural person who conclude a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be assigned primarily to their commercial or independent, professional work, are entitled to cancellation rights in accordance with the following criteria:
I. Cancellation rights
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without providing reasons.
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party you have named, which is not the carrier, possessed the last product.
In order to exercise your cancellation rights, you must notify us (ComfyLight GmbH, c/o WERK1 Grafinger Str. 6, 81671 Munich, 0049 89 21541178, team[at]comfylight.com) and issue a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) on your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the appended template cancellation form for this purpose.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient if you send the notification on the exercising of the cancellation rights prior to the expiration of the cancellation period.
II. Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs that are due to the fact that you chose a different type of delivery than the offered, least expensive standard shipping), immediately and no later than within fourteen days of the day on which notification about your cancellation of this contract was received by us. For this reimbursement, we shall use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless something to the contrary was expressly agreed; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned product(s) or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the product(s), depending on which is the earlier point in time.
You must return or hand over the products to the ComfyLight GmbH, Grafinger Str. 6 81671 Munich immediately and in any case within fourteen days of the day on which you notify us about the cancellation of this contract. You shall comply with the period if you send the returned product(s) prior to the expiration of the 14-day period.
We shall cover the costs of the returned product(s) if you return the product(s) to us from Germany and use a return slip or label provided by us for the return; we shall send this to you by email or post in the case of cancellation, if you request it separately. You can request the return slip or label from us by phone at the number provided above or by email to the email address provided above. Otherwise, you shall bear the direct costs for returning the products.
You must only cover any loss in value that the products may have suffered, if such a loss in value is due to unnecessary handling of the products to check their quality, properties and functionality.
III. Exclusion or premature forfeiture of the cancellation rights
The cancellation rights shall not apply to contracts for the delivery of products that may spoil quickly or whose expiration date quickly passes.
The cancellation rights shall expire prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed products that are not suited for return due to reasons of health safety or hygiene, if their seal was removed after delivery.

C. 90-day right of return
Independently of your statutory cancellation rights, we voluntarily make you the following commitment to take back the product(s):
You can return all items from our shop within 90 days of receipt of the product, if the product is complete and in an unused and undamaged state. If the product was delivered in sales packaging, it must still be in the original packaging. To comply with the return period, it is sufficient if you despatch the product on time.

If you make use of our commitment to take back the product(s), we shall reimburse you for the already paid purchase price and the delivery costs. We will also cover the return costs, if the products are sent back to us from Germany and you use the return slip or label provided by us for the return; we shall send it to you by email or post if you make use of your right to return the product(s) and request it separately. You can request the return slip or label from us by phone at the number provided above or by email at the email address provided above. Otherwise, you shall bear the direct costs for returning the product(s).
This commitment to take back the product(s) shall not limit your statutory rights and therefore shall also not affect your cancellation rights.
